Description

The printing cover of Nihon Kohden ECG-9620 electrocardiograph is an original replacement part. When you close the printing cover, it presses the thermal printing paper against the rubber roller. The rubber roller is a driving component that drives the printing paper to move through rotation. The printing cover ensures good frictional contact between the printing paper and the rubber roller, thereby ensuring smooth paper feeding without slipping. At the same time, during the thermal printing process, the hot spots on the print head need to be in close contact with the printing paper to leave a clear mark. The print cover provides the necessary pressure to ensure print quality.

Applications:

1. Printhead Protection: The print cover prevents dust, liquids, or foreign objects from scratching/contaminating the print head, avoiding black streaks or broken lines in the print.

2. Paper Roll Securing: When the cover is closed, it secures the thermal recording paper within the paper tray, preventing paper slippage or jamming and ensuring smooth paper feed.

3. Ensuring Print Quality: The print cover contains a rubber pressure roller. When the cover is closed, the roller firmly presses the recording paper against the thermal print head.

4. Quick Paper Loading: This is an openable/closable design. When changing to a new ECG drawing, open the cover, insert the paper roll, pull out a short section of paper, and then close the cover. The machine will automatically hold the paper in place, ready for printing.
