►Installation Steps

1. Disconnect all power sources from the monitor and remove the battery.

2. Remove the Old Power Board

Unscrew the screws securing the rear protective cover and remove the cover. After noting the connection locations of all cables, carefully disconnect all connectors from the power board. Unscrew the screws securing the power board, release any retaining clips, and gently remove the old power board.

3. Install the New Power Board

Align the new power board with its mounting position, ensuring that all mounting holes are aligned. Hand-tighten the screws first, then use a screwdriver to fully secure them; take care not to apply excessive force, which could damage the board. Reconnect all cables one by one, following the connection locations noted during the removal process.

4. Post-Installation Verification

Do not reattach the rear cover just yet. Connect the battery and an external power source, then power on the device to perform a test.

Observe the indicator lights on the power board to verify that they illuminate normally.

Confirm that the monitor boots up successfully and displays no abnormal alarms.

Press the power button on the front panel to shut down the device normally, then power it back on to verify that the power management logic is functioning correctly.
