1. Installation and Removal:

Align the knob with the encoder shaft on the front panel of the monitor, press gently until the slot is fully embedded, and a "click" sound indicates proper installation. To remove, pinch the bottom flange of the knob with your fingers and pull it upward vertically. Avoid shaking it left and right to prevent damage to the internal clips.

2. Daily Operation:

When rotating the knob, keep your fingers naturally fitting the top anti-slip texture. Rotate clockwise to select menus upward or increase values, and counterclockwise to select downward or decrease values. To confirm an option, press the top of the knob lightly. The force should be enough to feel a slight "detent" to avoid excessive force that may cause button failure.

3. Cleaning and Maintenance:

Wipe the knob surface daily with 75% medical alcohol pads, focusing on cleaning the gaps in the anti-slip texture to remove fingerprints and stains. Avoid using chlorine-containing disinfectants or strong acid/alkali solutions to prevent plastic aging. If the knob becomes loose or rotates stiffly, try reinstalling it or contact after-sales for replacement. Do not disassemble the internal structure by yourself.

4. Troubleshooting:

If the screen does not respond when rotating, first check if the knob is installed firmly, then confirm if the monitor's power supply is normal. If there is no confirmation feedback when pressing, the internal contacts may be oxidized. Gently wipe the contact points of the encoder shaft with a dry cotton swab and reinstall.
