Comen C90 Patient Monitor with C30 Module (Maintenance) But Good Working

Q1: The main unit (C90) and module (C30) in this monitoring kit display data out of sync. What could be the reason? 

A1: Check if the connection between the two is loose and if the versions are compatible. If both are ruled out, restart the device and check if synchronization occurs. If synchronization still fails, check if the interface between the module and the main unit is faulty.

Q2: The C90 main unit screen is either not lit or black. Is the main unit faulty?

A2: First, check if the power supply and screen backlight are faulty. If the backlight is on but there is no image, it may be a fault in the motherboard display circuit. If there is no response at all, check the power board and motherboard power supply.

Q3: The C30 module's pulse oximetry measurement is inaccurate. What could be the problem?

A3: Check if the pulse oximetry probe is compatible and undamaged. If the probe is working properly, check if the measurement sensor inside the module is aging.
